DEFINITION We combined two different technology which companies may require in producing homogenized yogurt and creamy yogurt in the sector by yl 118-04 Yogurt Filling and Packing Machine. In this two different technology; We designed an inspirational machine with an innovative idea aiming at making the possible problems more productive and functional such as ease of operation, labor savings, product safe, producing speed and capacity increase when finalizing the production and providing for the produced products to be transformed in a single machine by combining two different stages: “foiling” and “capping” in both homogenized yogurt and creamy yogurt.
The most important innovative idea in the machine is that when foiling and capping the creamy yogurt fermented in bowls before carrying to the machine for its process, the bowls are places in the chambers of the machine automatically and foiling and capping automatically instead of placing them in the machine one by one.
This innovation aims not only to provide ease of production, but also to avoid wastages, food safe risks and working accidents which may occur due to workload. yd118-04 plc system is a Pneumatics System and Servo Engine equipped. Also the machine is covered by plexiglass (plastic glass) and its metal components are produced by aisi 304 non rusting steel. The machine has a cip unit, so that cleaning the cip must be done effectively. The production can be made in accordance with iso 22000 Food Safe Management System and international good production standards..
