Labneh Cheese Filling Machine – LD200-04

We have designed our LD200-04 Mild Cream Cheese-Labneh Filling Machine to be used in the filling of the square, oval and rectangular packages. We have observed that the process security has been followed easily with the programmable logic control (plc) in the high speed and quality with this machine which we have met with the high-end technology and as a result of this, the amount of waste has been decreased to the values close to zero.

The mild cream cheese filling machine provides many functions together with the developing technology. Due to its colored touch-screen, programmable logic control (plc) and integrated sensors, the faulty packaging intake and making capless filling have been hindered and these characteristics have been functionalized with a alarm signal.

During the filling process, when the machine is exposed to any external obstacles, it can stop it self. Due to this characteristic, it has hindered the encountering of the negative situations such as the work accidents. In the machine, the Pneumatic system and servo engine hardware have been used.
